Maine commercial casinos generated just over $15 million in revenue in July, up 1.5% from the $14.8 million generated in July 2024.
The latest report from the Maine Gambling Control Unit, the state’s gambling regulator, shows that of the total revenue, slots accounted for 86%, generating $12.7 million, up 1.9% from the $12.5 million generated the year prior. Table games revenue totaled $2.30 million, down 0.8% from the $2.32 million generated in July 2024.
Both commercial casinos in the state saw revenue increases, year-on-year, with Oxford Casino generating the highest revenue of $9.1 million, up 1.1% from the $9 million generated the year before. Slots revenue totaled $7.7 million, up 0.02% year-on-year. Table games revenue increased 7.6% from $1.3 million in July 2025 to $1.4 million.
In addition, Hollywood Casino also saw year-on-year revenue increases, with total profits rising by 2.1% from $5.8 million to $5.9 million. Of this amount, slots accounted for 84%, totaling just under $5 million, up 5% from the year before. Table games revenues, however, decreased from just over $1 million in July 2024 to $929,429 in 2025, a decline of 11%.
