Personal Assistant to the CEO

We are currently seeking a diligent, committed, and professional Personal Assistant to the CEO who will also take on responsibilities in office management. This role entails supporting the CEO in day-to-day activities, including calendar management, email correspondence, and various administrative tasks. It serves as an entry-level opportunity with excellent mentorship and training prospects—our previous hire was promoted!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CEO in daily tasks
  • Execute basic administrative and routine clerical duties
  • Provide administrative support for routine tasks
  • Aid the HR team in HR administration and employee onboarding
  • Uphold a high-standard working environment
  • Assist in organizing company events such as team-building activities and parties
  • Ensure consistent office supplies, including food, toiletries, water, and stationery
  • Coordinate business trips, handling both flights and accommodations
  • Manage requests for additional office hardware or equipment
  • Support department heads to alleviate administrative workload

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Business, or a related field
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Adaptable with excellent time management skills
  • Reliable, responsible, and punctual
  • A strong team player, collaborating with all departments
  • Flexible and capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Eager to learn and grow with the company
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrates a high level of integrity, handling confidential information discreetly
  • Experience in copywriting and social media management
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry is considered a plus
  • Authorized to engage in employment under Maltese law
