About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and sales-driven Publishing Account Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in managing our relationships with publishers, optimizing marketing materials, and driving our business forward.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with traffic sources, serving as the main point of contact for affiliate partnerships.
- Collaborate with casino brands to obtain valuable insights and data for performance analysis and optimization.
- Monitor affiliate marketing performance metrics, including clicks, conversions, and revenue, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Analyse data and insights to optimize affiliate marketing campaigns for improved performance and ROI.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize spend across different brands, channels, and campaigns.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and finance, to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and brand guidelines in all affiliate marketing activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the sector.
- Identify new opportunities for affiliate partnerships and develop strategies to expand the company’s affiliate network.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the gambling industry, with a focus on optimization and performance improvement.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in using affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Experience working with casino brands or in the iGaming industry – advantage.
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing channels – advantage.
- Previous experience managing affiliate programs or partnership in the iGaming industry – advantage.
