Responsibilities
- Develop, expand, and nurture existing affiliate partnerships
- Acquire new affiliates, build long term relationships
- Build internal relationships to generate optimal cross-departmental collaboration
- Monitor the industry with market research, competitor analysis, new trends and updates
- Develop and maintain market leading industry knowledge of affiliate marketing
- Review and analyse content performance
- Be willing to travel to attend affiliate events and keep up to date with industry trends following through with post-event reports and feedback to company stakeholders
- Be able to analyse campaigns and account performance and optimise to deliver departmental KPIs and overall ROI from the owned portfolio
- Be able to review and carry out regular and extensive competitor analysis and market research
- Be able to give status updates to company management
- Be able to ensure that the brand is adequately represented in affiliate sites including the monitoring of reviews, trackers, and creatives
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience as an Affiliate Manager – A Must
- Experience on the US market would be strongly advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- A strong professional background in affiliate marketing
- A team performer with an excellent track record of driving success.
- Outstanding project management skills, demonstrated by the ability to deliver on time and on budget
- Energetic, “can do” attitude, autodidact, self-starter
