November 2024 was a historic month for the state. The New Hampshire Lottery announced that it had generated more than $4.5 million in direct support for public education. Bettors wagered $75 million for online sportsbooks in November, an 8% month-on-month increase compared to October, generating a handle of $69.5 million.
Since mobile sports betting was launched in 2019, New Hampshire players have wagered more than $3.4 billion, producing up to $130 million that went towards funding education.
November sports betting revenue exceeded the previous record of $4 million set in January 2024, generating more than $14 million for the first five months of the 2025 fiscal year—a 10% increase compared to the prior fiscal year.
“We had a phenomenal November,” said Charlie McIntyre, Executive Director of New Hampshire Lottery in a news release. “Interest in the NBA Cup and a strong NFL schedule, combined with the popularity of the Jake Paul-Mike Tyson fight, really pushed us over the top. We continue to build incredible momentum with sports betting month after month, year after year, and that’s a testament to the dedication of our remarkable team who, together with DraftKings, continues to respond strategically to industry trends and player demand. Our success with sports betting speaks for itself, and we’re proud that our work is providing critical funding to support the students, teachers, and schools of New Hampshire.”
